1.2 Affiliation: |
|
The course is affiliated to the Ranchi University. The NCTE Regional Centre
Bhubaneswar has granted recognition. Since the College is Autonomous, it will
conduct its own examination and the Ranchi University will give the degree. |
|
|
|
1.3 Duration and Intake: |
-The B.Ed. course shall be of duration of one academic year.
-Only 100 students will be admitted. |
|
|
|
1.3 Eligibility |
|
1. Candidates who have passed-graduates and post graduates may apply to the
College with at least two school subjects at the graduation level. |
|
2. As per NCTE norms, a candidate should have secured at least 50% marks in the
Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree examination of a recognized University. |
|
3. Since this is a minority Institution, 50% of the selected candidates will be
from minority communities. The selection will be made on Merit. |
|
4. The selection of the candidates for admission into courses will be done on
the basis of an Entrance Test in the subject in which the applicant is seeking.
A student may apply for more than one subject method. |
|

1.4 Selection of students will also be made on faculty basis as follows: |
|
a) Languages: (Hindi & English) – 15+15=30 |
|
b) History, Civics, Geography– 10+10+10=30 |
|
c) Physical and Life Science-15+15=30 (Physics-10, Chemistry-10 Bio.Science-10
Botany+ Zoology) |

d) Maths – 10 |
|

|
1.5 Choice of Method Subjects Candidates have to choose any one of the

1.6 Admission procedure: |

1.7 Entrance Test: There will be an Entrance Test. The test
will be announced on college website and notice board. The following topics may

1.9 General Instruction |
|
1. Candidates keep following documents with self before filling online
application. |
|
a. Paid copy of cash voucher. |
|
b. Marks Sheet of all qualification up to date. |
|
c. Scanned Soft Copy of Passport size (3x3) Colour Photographs in jpg format. If
available. (Uploading photo is not mandatory) |

1.10 Online Application Filling Guidelines: |
1. In the Applicant Payment Details form you have to provide following inputs
from your paid cash voucher.
a. Bank transaction no.
b. Date of payment.
2. After successfully verification you redirected to B.Ed application form.
Where you have to provide following information as given below:
a. Upload Photo:-Uploading photo is not mandatory, if you have scanned copy of color passport size
photographs, then upload otherwise skip.
b. Applicant Details: - In this section * marked are mandatory field, you must
input correct information in these fields. Candidates must provide their correct
mobile no and e-mail id. If your category is other than OBC no need to select
sub-category.
c. Applicant Parents/Guardian Details: - Parents details sections are not
mandatory, but candidates have to fill these sections with correct information.
d. Address: Applicant permanent address is mandatory, candidates must fill
correct address. If your permanent and correspondence address is same no need to
type again, just click on check box given in upper side. Correspondence address
is not mandatory.
e. Add academic details:- This is mandatory, candidate must add their academic details in sequence
order from lower to higher qualification. Start from 10th/Board/Matric. All
fields are mandatory in this section. If you passed from CBSE board no need to
provide percentage of marks. After filling all fields click on Add Academic
button, this will insert your academic record in form and appear on the screen,
for adding other academic details repeat the same process. Screen shot of

f. Teaching Experience: Teaching experience is not mandatory. If candidates have
any teaching experience they can provide correct information.
g. Method Subject: Choosing method subject is mandatory; candidate must choose any one
combination.
h. Other Details: Other details fields are optional, if candidate fulfil this criteria must
provide correct information. |

1.11 Check before Submission of Online Application Form |
a. Candidate must provide correct information.
b. Applicant Name, Father’s Name, DOB as same as in 10th /board certificate.
c. Provide Date of birth in (dd/MM/yyyy) format.
d. Enter correct grade or percentage of marks.
e. Enter correct passing year.
f. Check your inputs before submission.
g. Declaration Check box must be selected before final submission of form. |

1.12 Printout |
|
After successfully submission of form you will be able to take print out of
Admit Card, Acknowledgement Card and Filled application form. You must take
print copy of these documents. Without hard copy of admit-card candidate are not
permitted in test examination. Also note down your form-application no for
further reference. You also print duplicate copy of these document from college
