  • Students may apply for more than one stream / subject. (Using single Registration No)
  • Register once and apply in many courses.
  • Each Application is to be made on separate online application forms.
  • Application fee is to paid separately for each application form.
  • For each subject there is a separate eligibility criteria and the applications without the eligible marks will be summarily rejected.
  • After filling up the on-line form, verify all details and submit the form online.
  • You must take a printout of the Application Form and Admit Card which will come on the screen on submitting the form.
  • Application Form & fee payment slip (E-Challan/Online Patment Receipt), must be brought at the time of Interview / Admission Test / Enrolment.
  • For Admission in Intermediate You need your 10th mark sheet to fill up the online application form. Hence do not attempt filling up the form before the publication of your respective board / council results.
  • For Admission in Undergraduate course You need your 12th mark sheet to fill up the online application form. Hence do not attempt filling up the form before the publication of your respective board / council results.
  • You need your all educational certificates & mark sheet to fill up the online application form. Hence do not attempt filling up the form before the publication of your respective board / council results.
  • You need your 10th (when applying for Intermediate)/+2 (when applying for Undergraduate) mark sheet to fill up the online application form. Hence do not attempt filling up the form before the publication of your respective board / council results.
  • For Apply in Intermediate Science candidates should have 50% marks in Mathematics and Science subject and 50% aggregate marks in Matric/CBSE/ICSE Board.
  • For Apply in Intermediate Arts/Commerce candidate should 50% aggregate marks in Matric/CBSE/ICSE Board.
  • For admission into Honours degree in any subject it shall be necessary for a student to have obtained not less than 50% marks in the subject concerned and also 50% in aggregate in the Intermediate + 2 examination. In B.Com Account Honours, the applicant should have 50% in all the four subjects, namely- Accounts, Business Maths/Maths, Economics and Business Organizations. Candidates are advised not to apply if they had no Business Maths/Maths in XI and XII.

    Those didn’t have opted Maths/Business Maths in class XII can also apply for B.Com (H). However, If selected without Maths the students will have to do bridge-course for which additional hours and fee will be required for one year. Candidates applying for B.Com (H) should pass in commerce subjects and the aggregate in commerce subjects should be more than 50%.

  • For admission into PG courses in any subject it shall be necessary for a student to have obtained not less than 50% marks in the subject concerned and also 50% in aggregate  in the graduate examination. The number of student for admission to these courses are fixed.
  • For admission into PG diploma in Human Rights course it shall be necessary for a student to be graduate with 50% marks.
  • A student with compartmental or failed in one subject should not apply.
  • Note : Do not attempt filling up the form before the publication of your respective board / council results other wise your application form will be cancelled. Do not fill application form through Mobile (Some option may not worked on mobile device). Use Mozilla /Chrome to fill online form.

Fee Payment

Payment of on-line application fees : - Online Payment

  • Online Payment : Payment can be made through Debit Card / Credit card / Internet Banking.
  • Once Online Payment is successful you are eligible to fill online application form.
  • If your payment is failed with any reason and fee amount is deducted from your account, don't take another attempt to pay again, immediate mail your failed payment details at studentservice@sxcran.org.in
  • If your payment is failed with any reason and amount will not deduct from your account, make another payment for online application form.
  • In case of double payment mail with full details at studentservice@gmail.com
  • Do not pay online fee directly through NEFT or RTGS.
  • Once the application fee is paid, no refund can be claimed for any reason what so ever.
  • Read carefully online payment terms & condition.

Payment of on-line application fees : - Offline Payment

  • Payment to United Bank of India (Through Challan) :
  • Download appropriate bank challan only related to courses in which you want to take admission.
  • Do not pay online fee directly through NEFT or RTGS.
  • Once the application fee is paid, no refund can be claimed for any reason what so ever.
  • The bank will provide a TRANSACTION ID against your payment, which will be required at the time of filling ONLINE APPLICATION FORM.
  • After submitting application fee in the bank, wait for at least four hours to activate your Transaction ID.
