St. Xavier's College, Ranchi invited online application for session 2018.

Please read the Prospectus and Guidelines carefully before you start filling the Online Application  Form.
2 Candidates can apply in Inter/UG/PG Courses   through website www.sxcran.org

Candidates can apply ‘ON-LINE’ at College’s website www.sxcran.org  The candidate should supply all details while filling the Online Form. Candidates are required to take a print out of the computer generated Confirmation Page /Admit Card/ with Registration Number after successful submission of data. The candidates are advised to retain the hard copy of the application i.e. confirmation page, application fee receipt, for future reference. If Candidate full fill admission eligibility criteria can also apply in more than one courses. For applying in each course pay separately admission test fee for respective course. No request is entertained for change of stream/subject.

You need your 10th mark sheet when applying for Intermediate to fill up the online application form. Hence do not attempt filling up the form before the publication of your respective board / council results.
You need your 12th Mark Sheet when applying for Undergraduate to fill up the online application form. Hence do not attempt filling up the form before the publication of your respective board / council results.
Candidates are not required to send hard copy of confirmation page to St. Xavier's College, Ranchi. You need your all educational certificates / Marks sheet, color passport photo & a valid Debit/Credit card or Internet Banking to fill up the online application form.
4 Online Application Fees

The candidates aspiring to take admission to St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Ranchi are hereby notified that St. Xavier's College will accept online application fees in CASHLESS mode only. Hence the candidates must have Debit/Credit Card facilities with Online Banking activated on the card. Further, the Debit/Credit Card must have sufficient transaction limit in accordance with the amount to be paid. It is also notified that the transaction charges, over and above the fees, are to be borne by the candidates.

Application Fee to be paid online by Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card only.
Do not pay online application fee other than online mode.

6 Application Procedure: 5 Simple Steps to be followed to apply online.
 
Step 1: Register yourself for apply online.

The candidate should supply all details while filling the Online Registration Form. The Registration Form mainly contains the personal details and contact details of the candidates. After successful submission of the data, Registration No. will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and also required for all future correspondence.
 
Step 2: Pay Examination Fee Online : Candidate can pay application fee using by there Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking of any bank. Fill in the Online Application Formand note down system generated Transaction No and complete next step.
 
Step 3: Upload Scanned Images of latest Passport Photograph.
Note :
  • The scanned images of latest photographs should be in jpg format only.
  • Size of the photographs must be greater than 4 kb and less than 100 kb.
  • Image Dimension of photograph should be 3.5 cm(width) * 4.5 cm(Height) only
 
Step 4: Fill Online Application Form : The candidate should supply all details while filling the Online Form. The Application Form mainly contains the personal details/Educational Details and contact details of the candidates. After successful submission of the data, Application Form No. will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and also required for all future correspondence.
* NOTE : No change will be accepted through offline mode i.e. through fax/application or by email etc. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
 
Step 5: Print Confirmation Page for your record and future reference.
7 All Steps are mandatory, On-line application submission will be considered as complete only after receipt of “Confirmation Page”.
8 Apply more than one courses using single registration. No need to registration again.
9 Do not apply until your result has been published .
10 Note : Do not attempt filling up the form before the publication of your respective board / council results otherwise your application form will be cancelled. Do not fill application form through Mobile (Some option may not worked on mobile device). Use Mozilla /Chrome to fill online form.
